The Store is the central SaaS application in the Meplato eProcurement ecosystem, enabling suppliers to manage, validate, and publish product catalogs to thousands of buying organizations worldwide. Processing millions of product and price updates every day across thousands of catalogs.

Catalog management at scale

Built the self-service catalog content management system that allows suppliers of any size to prepare, manage, and distribute eCatalogs to an unlimited number of purchasing organizations. Supports single-article edits and bulk changes through a web-based interface with no software installation required. Handles 28+ million articles under management across 11 countries and 98 connected e-procurement systems.

Buyer-supplier connectivity

The Store integrates into the broader Meplato ecosystem including the Mall (closed catalog cloud for buyers), the Hub (web shop router connecting 2,700+ web shops), and the Kiosk (free-text request channel). Catalogs published through the Store feed directly into buying organizations' procurement systems via OCI 5.0 and JSON transfer standards.

Store API

Designed and built the Store API, enabling suppliers to automate their catalog workflows programmatically. The API covers the full catalog lifecycle from creation through validation to publication, allowing integration with suppliers' own ERP and PIM systems for continuous, automated catalog updates.
